LIAM REARDON
Liam Reardon is a content creator and TV personality whose passions include sports, outdoor activities, fashion, and music.
Originally from Merthyr Tydfil in Wales, Liam first appeared on our screens on ITV’s Love Island and ultimately went on to become a winner of series 7 with girlfriend, Millie Court.
Liam’s greatest interest lies in his love for sport, and he is a highly trained boxer. This year Liam teamed up with promoters Boxxer to film behind the scenes content at the press conference for the Price v McGaskill fight as well as creating content for BBC Sport Wales, including a heart-felt piece on the mental health benefits of boxing. His passion also continues outside of the ring, fitness and the outdoors play a huge part in Liam’s life; he is an avid gym goer and hiker. His most recent expedition saw Liam climb Mount Toubkal, for Morocco’s 100th Anniversary Trek, raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre. This will be followed by another charity hike in Patagonia in 2025.
A growing presence on our radios, Liam recently completed a successful stint on Capital South Wales’ drive time show with Kally Davies as well as hosting their Pride Cymru stage for the 2024 celebrations.
Most recently, and excitingly, Liam and Millie have launched their first podcast together, produced by Sony Music, where the real life Gavin and Stacey discuss tackling a long-distance relationship between Wales and Essex and documenting the ups and downs. It’s non-stop drama, laughs and chaos.
Liam is a popular brand ambassador, having worked with many leading brands including Sky Mobile, McDonalds, NFL and Cotswold Outdoor. Sky Sports enlisted Liam to create social media content surrounding some of their biggest sporting events including the Premier League and Formula One.
Before his breakout into reality TV, Liam had a successful bricklaying business in his home town and continues to enjoy getting stuck in with DIY projects. Liam is extremely proud of his Welsh routes and was Wales’ representative for the 25th annual celebration of the National Lottery. Liam also launched his party and entertainment service, Panda Events, hosting their first summer events in Swansea and Cardiff. Liam is currently living in Wales and frequently travels to and from Essex/London to see girlfriend Millie.
