Lloyd Jones has had a great start for the Liverpool U23 team and he has also been named in Liverpool’s 25 man squad in the Premier League. Since the start of the new season, Lloyd and Corey Whelanhave only conceded 1 goal in 4 games, taking them to the top of the Premier League 2 table. The young reds also clinched the Lancashire Senior Cup last week against Fleetwood Town on penalties! After celebrating the first trophy of the season, Corey Whelan received an international call up to the Republic of Ireland U21s team, where they beat Azerbaijan 3-1! Well done to both…
